Shipping

We ship worldwide through our trusted print partner, Printify.
Every item is made to order – just for your cub – which means less waste and more adventure.
Orders are usually produced within 2–5 business days, then shipped straight to your door.
You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your gear is on the move.

Average delivery time:

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• North America: 7–14 business days

• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Because each product is printed individually, delivery times can vary slightly depending on the location and season.

Returns & Exchanges

Every Rad Cubs piece is made to order – we don’t keep big warehouses or overstock.
That means we can’t offer standard size-based exchanges, but if something arrives damaged, misprinted, or clearly wrong, we’ll fix it right away.

Just send us an email within 14 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number

• A short description of the issue

• A photo if possible

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund – no hassle.
